Welcome!

'Unforeseen Expectations' is a blog documenting the life of the three Schallmo's: Kelly, Matthew & Reagan.

We have a new addition to the family. Our first-born son, Reagan is our most recent unforeseen expectation of God's blessings. Join us on our journey...we don't know what to expect.

Joyful Noise

Loop Church is putting on a MovieFest this summer for six straight weeks and last night was the second one.  It's a free event for the community and so far has drawn a great crowd.  Last week's movie was "We Bought a Zoo" and last night's was

The activities started at 6:30, but the movie didn't start until 8:45, so even though it was way passed Reagan's bedtime, we couldn't miss it, at least until 9:00.  Immediately, Daddy put us to work at the Admissions booth.

We caught a glimpse of Daddy in the bounce house.  Haha!

Reagan was such a good boy the whole time!

There was face and body painting.

Reagan got to spend some time with Matthew's co-worker and his wife.
Reagan couldn't stop staring at him. Haha!

Then, the sun set, everyone found a seat, they grabbed their popcorn and the movie began.

Reagan and I hit the road soon after the movie began.  Daddy helped us to our car.

If you haven't already, go to www.LoopChurchLive.com and watch the promo video on the homepage.  It features my two favorite guys:)

On a side note, even though Reagan cannot sit by himself or crawl, he loves to stand. Haha!
